Been for lunch .staff very abrupt hair in our burger .steak pie was cold pastry rock hard gravy cold .Will not be returning complained but was told well we busy

Food was lovely and the women who served us were really nice.. I took my 4 year old unfortunately he had a blackcurrant cordial and accidentally knocked the full glass over.. the woman serving us offered to replace it due to the fact it was a full glass but one of the managers said they would not replace it as it would cost them too much to replace drinks .. I find this ridiculous considering it would have cost pennies if that yet they charge 1.45 I'd understand if it was coke or alcohol but seriously a cordial?? After we just spent 50 for food and drinks i find that shocking
