5*service Would recommend Our boiler decided to pack in over the Christmas period we managed to get Rich to come out and he made thorough checks and identified the problem .. we had 2 options repair or replace. We chose to replace our boiler and contacted him after we came to our decision and he researched,sourced and replaced our boiler over this festive time .. he worked like a Trojan ( it wasnt a straight forward job) so we could have heating and hot water during this cold spell. We would 100% recommend Rich was hard working, polite contactable and extremely reasonable cost wise Thanks very much .will definitely use again

Stay very well clear from this angry, aggressive, greedy and violent man. He proposed a cost of 1750 for a combi boiler to go in which was agreed and 200 was agreed in order to supply and fit a brand new radiator in the loft. On the 2nd day we found the radiator he was going to put in was used and had damages all over. When we spoke to him, he became angry, aggressive and voilent. He has taken 600 and refused to complete the work, he has taken the boiler, the tools and walk away. Stay very well clear. He has left the property in an absolute mess without hot water, heating and gas!
