Love Hazel's classes epically the arc ones. She tailors the classes so any ability can use them. We work on different pieces of kit which keeps the interest going. No class is the same, but all build up to keep the body supple and moving easier. Its great to have such a good instructor locally.

Having been recommended to try pilates following a slipped disc I contacted Hazel who was really welcoming. Initially I had a one-one session and then joined a regular class. Hazel guides & encourages the class through various moves in well planned sessions and helps each individual achieve the best from the moves. I always feel stretched and energised after each session - a great start to the week. My flexibility and core strength has improved so much, it is now better than before my injury! I would highly recommend Hazel's classes to beginners and more advanced alike.

Hazel provides the perfect Pilates class for all levels, her sympathetic teaching style means all participants are able to work at the right level for them, and achieve their goals. Always happy to answer any question, encourage, and offer careful considered advice. Hazel's classes are varied, & offer new challenges & skills, which improves our everyday lives in terms of movement and mental well-being. From the minute you enter Hazel's teaching space any stress or tension will float away as you develop more flexibility.. You will leave an hour later totally refreshed & relaxed.The easy to use booking system is brilliant, flexible, with so many options to swop classes & also access online, plus recorded classes, what more could we ask for?

I started Pilates classes with Hazel around a year ago and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable as a beginner. Hazel explains all the exercises very clearly and gives gentle pointers to help you get the best out of each one. There are various options offered, so its suitable for people of all abilities to have a go in a friendly and supportive environment. The classes have enough consistency to help you learn & develop, with enough variation to keep things fresh & interesting. My initial expectations were mainly around improving my physical strength, balance & flexibility, and whilst all that is true, Ive also found Pilates great for mindfulness & relaxation. It makes me take notice of my body, understand it better, and the sessions feel nourishing for both body & mind. Thank you Hazel! :-)
