I have complex health problems to work around and Mark is extremely careful, professional and thorough. He has helped me get back my mobility and stay on my feet, when so many others had failed to make any impact. I would highly recommend them we always have a good chat as well.

Mark has been a real saver for me ealing with and managing problems with lower back. Not only helping relieve horrendously painful symptoms associated with disc issues in lumbar; which im now currently pain free, medication free, and able to go about most of my daily activities normally. Mark has provided exception professional care, sound pragmatic advice on self care, and also went above and beyond during points of physical crisis in the past. All of which im eternally grateful for and as such couldn't recommend them more highly, which i have done for friends and family who have needed help

My job involves a lot of manual handling Where I get a lot of muscle tightness etc So I make sure i come here every six months and feel brand new upon leaving. A profesional and Friendly service every time!

I have only praise for this Clinic who are doing so much for me. Not only are they sorting out the initial ailment but additionally ones that they have found while treating me. The relief that I am experiencing is most welcoming. With the hands on treatment and with the simple exercises I have been given to do, I have felt a good improvement. My thanks go to Mark for all his help.

Hi, Im a keen runner and I had a pain in my back side for a long time and this was affecting my running regime, I then decided to visit the musculoskeletal clinic in outram street Darlington, on the very first session with the physio called mark he diagnosed straight away what the problem was ( piriformis syndrome) within 5 sessions with mark I was back to what my passion is Mark is very knowledgeable about his profession. Mark not only instructed me to do various exercises he also manipulated the parts of the body that required it on each session unlike some physio that Ive used beforehand, I would like to thank mark for all his efforts in fixing me and if the same problem arises again, or any other skeleton/muscular problems I will return to your clinic without hesitation.
