No Pharmacist, elderly and vulnerable queue until 1pm as there is a sign on the door saying 'closed until 1pm' only to be told no pharmacist until 2pm. Again 4th time in a row (at least) my controlled drug medication (I'm not a smackhead) isn't available, a lady with a mother who has cancer can't get her morphine so her mother has to suffer in pain whilst having radiotherapy. She and I amongst the massive queue of people are told to come back on Monday. I ordered with plenty of notice and was given 1 item after a scrambled search as drugs are everywhere and staff cannot cope, then of course I have to suffer without an important medication along with an elderly lady (amongst many others) until Monday. This place should be closed permanently. No explanation as to why, defensive when I make a polite/assertive complaint on behalf of myself and the other customers queueing and no justifiable reason given. Another occasion I was told they were closing (but I was on time) due to an emergency and they refused to let me in, my partner went in and pleaded so they gave her my medication (I had walked away and said nothing) there was no emergency, they actually lied to me. They do not realise that I am autistic, leaving elderly/vulnerable and at risk people to suffer. People are being made to stand waiting in pain or with anxiety/depression or other issues they may have. This will be the 3rd time I attend for something I should've been able to pick up only yesterday when they should've been open. Staff do not appear to care. This company should lose its license. Undignified discrimination, profit over people. I've also had a phone call checking I had the right medication from them, clearly they cannot manage a p*"' up in a brewery.
