Curt, ignorant staff, with zero customer service skills. Lose prescriptions, don't bother delivering prescriptions when ordered and speak to you like you're ruining their day by asking a basic question. Save yourself the bother and visit a decent chemist.

No prescription text received so I called them and they told me they were looking for it. A lady told me shed get back to me but didnt. 3 phone calls later they admitted they didnt have it and if I didnt know who I spoke to it was tough. (Not rocket science to find out when you have a small premises). The pharmacist didnt apologise, he wouldnt find out who I spoke to and left me on a weekend without vital medication. Miserable, unhelpful staff who dont admit their failings and dont care about your predicament they caused. If I could give zero stars I would..theyre clearly in the wrong business. Avoid if you want a decent service. Oh and woe betide if they do manage to prepare your prescription and you dont turn up prontoyoull be berated publicly in front of customers. UPDATE: The doctors sent it over 2 weeks ago. Rowliars Pharmacy strikes again

This pharmacy is run bye Laurel and Hardy .they never have your prescription Even though you ordered it from your doctors for five days before.then when they do have it they either havent got the items or you only get half of your order and have to go back for the rest staff miserable and not very helpful there seems to be more staff than customers terrible service hey just dont want to help you will not ever use it again
