        I was shielding so my friend went to pick up my prescription states on website close 1-1.20pm so waited until after then... she arrived at 1.30pm and although my prescription was there and all packed ready to go she couldnt collect as the chemist was on lunch till 2.!!!!!! Why isnt this clear on the website for people who are working and maybe pop over at a lunchtime ... I only get half an hour for lunch so if that was me I would g of been fuming !!!

        Will like to say a big thank you to the staff of the hub ,they went above and beyond to get my painrelif to me late on a friday after my doctors practice messed up again . So a big thank you. once again I'd like to thank the staff for going out their way again to sort my pain relief out , I dont know what I would do without them
