never answer their phone, will ring constantly. Then you go to try again and the lines busy. Worst pharmacy in Darlington

Very disappointing service. Called in to collect my prescription Thursday afternoon ,that the Dr said she had sent across Wednesday morning. Two assistants chatting away socially as I waited my turn. Eventually one assistant went to get the prescription and the continued talking. Not a good idea in times like these. Then it was my turn they said that they they had just received the script from the Dr, not what I was led to believe by the Dr. Then told me to come back on Saturday when it would be ready??? Really? It takes two days to put the medication together. Sounds like they had to order in, as has happened in the past. Tried ringing on Saturday to ensure that my trip on foot in the rain would have been worthwhile. However, after ringing many many times and no-one answering, I decided not to venture out and wait until Monday. Poor customer service, poor communication from the pharmacists. Please don't think it was Covid restrictions, if so they needed to communicate this to me at the time. *Really need to rethink where to have my prescription sent.
