Upsell prescriptions to profit, dodgy policies regarding refunds I.e. stepped foot outside of pharmacy realised it was an odd prescription went back in they said no refunds as had left pharmacy (2 seconds) talked about my condition out aloud so the rest of the customers could here. Fail to exercise sensible judgment / common sense. I would not recommend this pharmacy as a result of this horrid experience.

I rang on Thursday to see if my prescriptions were ready. Was told they were ready to pick up. Went on Friday, was given one item, a few pills from another prescription and one was missing completely. Rang on Monday, was told someone would ring me back. Several hoours later no contact so I rang them. They obviously hadn't even looked yet so I waited for ages and could hear them talking about me. Woman came back and said they couldn't get hold of the partially filled medication. Why they didn't tell me that on Thursday?? They were completely mystified about the missing item even though it is a common medication that I should think they would have in stock. This chemist gets worse by the week. I won't use it anymore.
