        Been going for around 7-8 months now, the staff are delightful and always have a positive attitude. Extremely welcoming, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone whether youre a beginner or a pro.

        Great gym , nice and quiet, really tidy gym, has everything needed even outdoor part for training, friendly staff , drinks available and protein and other benefits, highly recommended

        I've been a member of 'Keep Fit Darlington' for 3 years, and I've loved every minute I've spent in it. The facilities are spotless all the time, and the huge variety of equipment is well maintained. Additionally, the staff are professional and knowledgeable, and gym members are treated like family instead of a number. As long as this gym is available, I'll be there!
