Having spent the best part of 6 years yo-yo dieting and being completely off the wagon, I saw a friend recommend Eddie on an Instagram post and thought whats this all about then. I signed up for the 30 minute free consultation with zero expectations. I thought there is no way this guy can change the way I see food and exercise. I had the 30 min chat (more like 45 min) and felt instantly inspired to get back into it. To open my mind to thinking in a different way and to stop punishing myself by being so strict with food that I was miserable and could not find a balance. It was always all or nothing. Eddie convinced me he could change that thought process and boy was he not wrong. So far Ive dropped 10lbs in a month. I eat the best balanced diet I ever have in my adult life. I have a glass of wine or a slice of the kids pizza and I dont feel guilty. I dont exercise to gain some calories to eat, I exercise because I want to and I enjoy it. Im so much more active, rest days arent completely motionless thinking that I cant eat anything nice. Eddie is ridiculously supportive, he listens to all those crazy little thoughts that pass through your mind and doesnt laugh or berate, he gives you a solution, he helps you change that process. See it in a different way. Its hurts my face how right he is all the time, the man is a genius. I feel so equipped to continue on this journey and see this as a way of life. Not a constant all or nothing. I cannot recommend Eddie enough! If, like me, youre sick of feeling like youre letting yourself down give Eddie a call. He really will change your life!

I ventured into Eddies anti-dieting approach, unsure whether I would be able to make any changes due to my lack of confidence and cooking abilities! However after my first meet with Eddie, its like he transformed my whole being by just being him - totally motivational and just there to have my back every step of the way with any advice I needed. The app and regular emails have kept me on track and just knowing eddie was always available to email with any questions or advice. I have learnt so much about myself and what my body needs and now find I eat to fuel my body rather than as a tool to comfort myself. I also now realise my body can do much more physically then I ever thought possible! I would 100% recommend EJayFit if youre looking for some help in making healthier choices in your life and becoming a healthier, more confident you!

What can I say about EjayFit? Eddie shows commitment,support, knowledge and motivation. It took a lot to contact a coach I was struggling with low self esteem, no confidence and anxiety but it was the best thing I ever did for me. First, I did the 12 week Anti Diet Program which was excellent and felt totally in control. I now enjoy exercise. The support I received via app,email,message and phone calls was amazing. I knew that I could contact Eddie if I had a question, or was having a wobble. Now, 10 months on I feel confident in myself and ready for new challenges. I would highly recommend Ejay Fit. The only thing that might have stopped me investing in the anti-dieting approach was that it might be just a gimmick. It wasn't! Hiring Eddie as a coach has been challenging for me as I'm not always comfortable revealing any kind of vulnerability but it has been so worth it. I no longer see food (and eating it!) as something that I have to feel guilty about. As a result I nearly always (I said nearly) look for healthy food by default. I would definitely recommend him to other women so that they no longer have to go through the pain and disappointment that so many other pathways have caused them.

I first met Eddie when he coached a training plan for Darlington 10k in 2019 and had stayed in touch through Facebook. When his 12 week Anti-diet plan popped up, it was just what I needed - Id tried various diets over the years but not stuck to them. I lost around 8lb over the 12 weeks, which was amazing as it coincided with the COVID lockdown period! One great thing about the plan is no foods are banned or counted! Eddie is so supportive and inspirational, he gets that life is hectic and doesnt always go according to plan and never judges - his quiet encouragement and checking in on wellbeing, both physical and mental helps not only keep you on track but spurs you on to eat healthily and move more. Ive learnt that you dont need to run a marathon every day and that any form of regular exercise - even just going for a walk - is great for not only the body but the mind too. I loved the daily emails and the vast online library of support tools, recipes, etc. I cant recommend Eddie highly enough, if you have any doubts take it from a 50-something year old, self-conscious, shy person that its the best move you can make! Dont hesitate, just go for it!
