Well where do I start First of all booked had to email twice asking for confirmation of booking Week before wedding tells me wrong balance outstanding From then going on no communication what do ever!!!others saying never turned up to there wedding so in end booked someone else Once I commented on fb telling others not to book with them after my wedding she got in touch apologised and said was email error and unit(address) on google n fb they dont use anymore but will refund deposit Sure enough 6 days later no deposit Refunded Emailed, inboxed and called mobile with no reply or response Highly suggest not using this company still not got deposit bank about to report this and take it further

Heard good things about this company so booked them for two events including my wedding. Both times they were fantastic, couldn't fault them. Staff were really friendly and professional, communication was great before both events and the pictures we received afterwards were a great keepsake. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

Booked goofbooth for a surprise birthday party after being let down with another company , staff went above and beyond to make sure the night was fun , even had a personlised guest book to look back on , will definitely be booking them again

Terrible customer service, we've been waiting 2 months for the photos to be uploaded so that friends and family can enjoy them. Only once has someone got back to my messages.

We had GoofBooth for our wedding! They were brilliant!! Amazing customer service from first enquiry and even after when one of our guests lost something. Weve been in many photobooths at various weddings and this one we have to say trumps All of them! Lots of props to choose from and the guestbook was a lovely touch. The photobooth attendant was so good with everyone and he was very patient with the kids who had got a bit carried away with the sweet table Would recommend anyone to use GoofBooth
