        Brilliant service. Covid secure environment, I am temporarily in a wheelchair and my husband is not a good driver of it. The reception staff were very good about us running into everything. The shop is wheelchair friendly. The optician was extremely good, explaining what he was doing and patient. The lady that showed me the glasses, listening to my likes and dislikes, found me the perfect pair. I can recommend this optician and will use again.

        My 6 year old son had an appointment with Tony Gibson today, after being referred by the school nursing team. We had wonderful service from the second we walked through the door today! Every single member of staff on reception were so friendly and made us feel at ease immediately. Tony was very patient and reassuring towards my little one, explained everything he was going to do step by step. Thank you so much to every single one of you!
