You've gone into lockdown.its unacceptable that you do not answer the phone when family ring to ask about their loved ones.Your a disgrace to do this.ive been ringing for days just no answer. Your response to this review is over a year late. I'm not questioning the input of your staff to the work they did during lockdown.your receptionist was on holiday,you were not replacing her but putting onto your care staff to manage the phones and front door also,as you were too tight to cover the reception job correctly.

Ventress Hall Darlington is a 'people place' and congratulation to the staff and managers for providing such dedicated and committed service. Safety and wellbeing is a priority and has created a settled and happy environment. Nothing is a trouble to them. If you have to be in care there is no better place to be. Thankyou to all. Always find the staff very helpful and promises of updates/calls back are always full - filled. Dad seems happy and is cared for by staff .

I had the privilege of working here 2008 till 2010 I met some beautiful people, who have gone to heaven now.. I met some great staff colleagues and friends x I also worked for the best manager I hope she's still the boss Diane Encinias xx
