I go here every 4 weeks for my nails staff are lovely and friendly. Reasonably priced. I prefer their I nail than acrylics they seem to last longer

5 star for these girls, you can get any style or nail design you ask for. Been going for many many years.

My usual nail technician was away on holiday so couldnt do my nails and as I was going out for a meal and needed them doing I thought Id pop in here as it always seems so busy every time I pass so it must be good. Wrong! First impression on walking in the door there were lots of staff so I thought Id be in and out in a jiffy but I was there quite some time and I agree with others whove said its like a game of musical chairs. I sat there for 30 minutes so kept myself busy on my phone because it was just so boring sitting around waiting, I wasnt offered any drinks or a magazine which always happens at my usual place. I waited 10 minutes before a lady came to put my new nails on then walked away, 10 minutes later a girl shaped them and walked away then about 10 minutes later the lady the shouted sit up there and pointed to the bar where the girls were applying the varnish. After sitting there for a further 12 minutes a dark hair woman came to paint them. I chose the colours and once she finished I paid and left. When I got home and had a good look at them I was appalled at how thick my nails were and how misshaped they were, they looked absolutely terrible. All in all I was in there well over an hour. The owner needs to give her head a good shake and have a chat with her staff about the quality of the treatments theyre throwing out. The whole salon is just wrong from the minute I entered seeing how many people are crammed in there, no routine, no one person doing one clients nails, the dirt, the dust, the mess but most of all the mere fact youre just a cash cow giving them money and they just want you in and out as quickly as possible and to heck with what your nails look like. I will never go back there and I certainly wont be recommending them to anyone. It was such an unpleasant, uncomfortable and unpersonal experience Id avoid it like the plague if anyones thinking of going. Service: Nail extensions
