Ive had my nails, not even 24 hours of having them they chipped, I then looked closer at them and there are gaps in between the acrylics and my normal names. The are so uneven and clumpy and not even a week of having them 2 of them have fallen off. That without saying that I first got to the shop at 3pm and didnt leave until 8pm!

Spent 3 hours getting nails that would have took 1 hour or less, has different person each stage of proses, no staff communication of clients order. Was given stilettos when wanting almonds and nailed were stuck with n wonky. Me and my mate were both hurt in the process, minimal blood was drew, but painful. File big was ragged and and reckless. The whole job was rushed, When someone actually served ya. Nail glue all over my finger tips. My french tips are all different sizes, they are not even close to symmetrical. No care or passion was put into design. The place needs to be more organised and friendly. Felt awkward cos of waiting time!!??
