Cash In Your Car

They couldn't make the first appointment they booked with me, they then didn't turn up for the second. I had to chase them. Terrible customer service, kept repeating questions they had asked previously, every call they asked what sort of car it was if they had no clue about my previous queries. Thought this would be the easy route but it was just a massive waste of time. Wouldn't bother!

Selling a car to these guys was not a pleasant experience. I shook hands on a deal with a guy called Garry who claimed he was a Director and left the car with him expecting the agreed payment to be transferred in to my account within an hour. About 4 hours later, I received a call from another Gary who said he was the owner/director and he could not pay me the agreed amount, he said the first Garry had made a mistake and he could only pay me 400 less than the agreed price. I was not in a position to be able to take the car back, so after a lot of argument we settled on a price 250 less than the original shaken and agreed deal. I would advise people to stay well clear of this seemingly dodgy operation.
