Third property Ive sold with Ann Cordey estate agents and as ever the service was excellent. Attentive service, frequent correspondence and proactivity is always at the forefront of the staff there. Thank you and Ill no doubt return again in the future.

Ann Cordey were the second agent to try to sell my property. Compared to the first agent their communication with me was excellent at all times. Their staff were in general very personable and treated me as a person rather than a number. The property took some time to sell for no clear reason but i never felt that the staff 'gave up' on it. I would have given 5 stars had I not eventually sold it for an extremely reduced price

I moved in to my lovely new home last week, and it was a very stress free experience thanks to the lovely staff at Ann Cordey. Very prompt response to any queries, and any very minor issues ironed out straight away. I would definitely recommend and I would use again, although I have found my forever home!

My house went up for sale just as the market slowed down but the team didnt, they doubled down on their efforts and brought in the sale. Its so nice to deal with people who really believe in your property, not just looking for a sale at any cost. They were knowledgeable and personable with great customer service, and the sale went through quickly. Sincere thanks to Sallyann and all the team at Ann Cordey.
