Great experience having Physio @ John Flinn, staff all make you feel hugely welcome and relaxed. Felt the benefit after the first session and each week John worked carefully around what was happening in my life to ensure the best outcome for me. Exercises given were clear and adpated each week. Am hugely appreciative and would highly recommend.

I went with a shoulder problem, which was diagnosed very efficiently. John was friendly and very professional. During my appointment the shoulder was assessed and then treatment was applied. After the session was finished John then helped with providing exercises to help. These worked a treat and I have made a full recovery. Highly recommended.

First visited the clinic in February 2021 with a tendon injury whilst training for an ultra marathon, John diagnosed the injury and gave me an effective and easy to follow rehabilitation plan which meant I was on the mend in good time and ran the ultra marathon. Since this visit, I have received phenomenal, professional and warm customer service from the whole team which makes me look forward to visiting the clinic for my regular sports massage over two years since my first visit. Highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else!

I cannot Thank John and Jack enough for the treatment I recieved on my knee injury. After three visits to the Doctor my Injury was put down to onset Arthritis , but I knew when I had sustained the injury and wasnt happy with the diagnosis. After weeks of being in constant pain and barely being able to walk at times my husband suggested a private Physiotherapist. I was recommended to John by a friend and I can honestly say this was the best decision I made . On my first visit John did an assessment and diagnosed the cause of the pain . This was then followed by me being set some exercises, which John showed me how to do . You then receive your treatment plan via email with full instructions. I was amazed that after only two visits my Injury was improving. I had to change an appointment so I was referred to Jack . He continued to set different exercises to improve the strength in my knee . And now after only 5 visits I have full movement in my knee and I am pain free . Both John and Jack are very professional and very knowledgeable , polite and courteous. They make you feel at ease and are very aware of your individual needs. They explain everything to you and set you realistic goals . The clinic is very clean and well equipped and you are not pressured into making unnecessary appointments , and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend John Flynn Physio .
