I thought I would struggle to find a plumber to fix my leaking toilet. However a pleasant, polite and very competent young man attended very quickly from HPI. A good job was done at a good price. Would definitely use again. Many thanks!

Dear Karl and Stephen, I am writing this testimonial in appreciation of the services you provided to a family member that I sent you both a referral for. From Linda Lee Matthew put us in touch with both Harvey Electrical Services and HPI Heating and Plumbing to undertake some small housekeeping jobs in my property which required attention. I have used a variety of Electricians and Plumbers in the past and there have always been issues getting them to show up on time and on most occasions had follow-on issues from their work. However, this is certainly not the case now! Both of the lads sent from the respective companies were polite, pleasant and professional and went about their jobs with the least amount of disruption to us or the property. I was very happy with the overall service provided and felt that both costs were reasonable in proportion to the works undertaken. HPI were even able to fit in additional works on the day with no problems at all! I would not hesitate to put both companies forward to any friends or family needing an Electrician or Plumber. Dear Stephen and the HPI Heating and Plumbing team! We contacted Stephen after quite a major leak started in our office, the water was pouring out of a broken pipe and needed fixing immediately. As soon as we called Stephen at HPI we felt instantly reassured, he understood the urgency of the problem and literally set off to help us straight away! Within 20 minutes he had arrived and sorted the problem swiftly and efficiently. We can only imagine what the leak would have been like if Stephen hadnt shown up so quickly. HPI Heating and Plumbing Installations Dear Stephen, I would just like to say a HUGE thank you and acknowledge the great service your company provided recently. Landlords will know that feeling when they get a call from a Tenant; "we have no heating or hot water; the boiler isnt working". That feeling is intensified when its a weekend in February with an outside temperature touching freezing, with the fear that it is going to be difficult to get an engineer out as quick as the situation dictates. Imagine, that the property is an expensive plush new serviced apartment that promises the services offered by top notch hotels with the space and comfort of a family home. This was the situation we found ourselves in. One call to HPI was all that was needed, and PROBLEM solved. Three hours later and we had happy guests again; warm and comfortable and impressed by our service. Through HPIs dedication to customer service we were able to maintain ours; WELL DONE HPI. Boilers breakdown; its a fact of life unfortunately its how you deal with it that matters. I would wholeheartedly recommend HPI to Landlords who need the reassurance that even the small uncomfortable jobs will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
