Staff very accommodating with short notice appointment. Follow up text with address, off street free parking. Nice enough place/decor, masks and hand sanitister on entry. I opted for 30 minute head, shoulder, back massage. Lady was very professional and thorough with my massage, I feel the benefit from my visit. I will be returning in a few days to try deep tissue massage. I would recommend. Thank you

Very poor technique. Avoid at all costs. They try and increase prices when they put oil on you and after theyve taken the agreed money. Firstly I arrived and the lady asked for the 45. I paid with no issue and then she asked me to undress and get on the bed. Lady took my money away and came back. Once ready on the bed she was on the phone and put some oil on my back and said its 50, not 45. I said my wife booked it and was quoted 45. She said the receptionist said to my wife its 50. I said my wife was told 45 also their website states 45. She said no problem, there must have been some miscommunication and started the massage. What a great start. The massage was very poor, Ive had many massages and this was by far the worst Ive ever had. There was no technique and Ive never had a massage where the therapist puts tissue on you and massages? Also she just kept pushing me towards the end, as if that was some sort of relieving massage. Very strange. I specified I had issues with the knots in my shoulders twice. Ive never had a massage where they didnt feel the knots or massage them at all. Apparently I have strong fat and should look to get a massage from a man and to Google them next time and go there. Very strange advice if youre in a business where youre trying to acquire/attract paying customers. I was polite and courteous. Didnt complain although I was miffed from the initial interaction where they jacked up the price and made out like I was some sort of cheapskate, even though the lady asked for 45 initially. Whats the point in trying to reason with someone who feels justified to increase the price willy nilly and advises to go elsewhere in the future when you havent even been discourteous. I left there without any feeling of relief in my back. I ended up going to Sawasdee in Darlington town straight after. Ive been there before and the massage was polar opposite from what I experienced here. I left Sawasdee feeling like I had a really good massage and all the relief was gone. I understand you commented all therapists are fully trained. Send the therapist I had to Sawasdee for some training. What made me laugh; in Sawasdee, the lady said I had a lot of tension in my back and asked when my last massage was. I stated 30 minutes before I arrived there. Her face said it all. Ive had many massages in my life and this by far was the worst experience Ive ever received. Reminiscing other experiences, there is a consultation where they ask if theres any issues, what youre wanting to be remedied. This place they plonk you on bed, wait until youre in your underwear, pop oil on you then try jack up the price. Con artists! So when I arrived at 09:30, the lady started massaging me after 15 mins (after being on the phone with the receptionist) and at 10:27 said the massage is over as its been 1 hour lol. I paid her to talk on the phone to try and con me out of more money. Absolute joke and waste of 45 (as stated on your website). Reading other reviews I understand you will feel aggrieved at receiving 1 star. Yes, 1 star is correct although if 0 star was a possibility, thats what I would have rated this experience. I have no intention of seeking remedy or any discussions. You keep the 45, seems like youre hard up as you try and jack up the price when someone is in their underwear. Avoid these con artists.
