        I have been coming here for a while now and can happily say it is a brilliant place. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable about what they are teaching. I have never felt more welcome in an gym that I have been to in the past, it feels like a family.

        Training with the lab is a brilliant experience lots of friendly training partners and brilliant coaching, every class is a great experience learning more and more each session and building up bonds with training partners and coaches. very friendly environment and easily the best training experiences I've had.

        Since joining in October last year, I have enjoyed every second of it. The coaching is excellent and they are so supportive of everyone's journeys and abilities. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn in such a positive and friendly environment.

        Ive trained at the Lab for a couple of years now. The level of coaching is outstanding and a cut above any other gym I have trained at. Even better than the coaching is the positive atmosphere of the gym, its a wonderful place to learn, explore and train Jiu-Jitsu surrounded by great people.
