        Amazing service, had a key break in the door of our shop and I had rang them, they came out and fixed the lock all within about 40 minutes! We also had a wobble on the door so the gentleman took time to fix this as well for no extra cost. Very reasonably priced and havent had any issues since.

        Thanks for Shane prompt excellent service. Driving home yesterday I spotted the orange Potts van parked up. Stopping to ask if he could call to look at my front door, I was impressed that he came immediately after finishing a job and was at my house within 10 mins offering advice and an efficient friendly service. I would definitely use again.

        Excellent service. Called Potts locksmith this morning. I was expecting to have to replace the door and surrounding frame because the locking mechanism was broken. However the locksmith came out within an HR or so. Opened the door without any damage. Changed the locking mechanism .now all sorted I can use my front door again. Happy days.
