I was referred to Watson Woodhouse Solicitors by Darlington Citizens Advice Bureau who said they are the people that they use and they are on their list of advised solicitors that they give out to customers. On my way home I called into Watson Woodhouse ( Thursday morning ) and gave my personal details and numbers to the receptionist who said "we will call you." When I pushed her a little harder to when they might call me as things are quite urgent she said "probably today." and that was it and I left feeling quite happy and confident. It is now late on Monday night and nothing has happen and I have had no response or any contact from them. If these people do not want to give any advice about my situation then that is fine but they should at least have the decency and courtesy to let me know they are not interested, instead of wasting peoples valuable time. I will be requesting that the CAB remove them from their list of useful solicitors as they are clearly not useful at all.
