Recently had a website built through Search Engine Guru, from start to finish the process is tricky however Maxine was brilliant ensuring our website was built to a very high standard and made the process easier than it could have been. Would definitely 100% recommend this company. Thanks Maxine & Search Engine Guru, myself and Steve are over the moon.

This site is a scam, they have a recording of a call centre running in the background, so it sounds professional. They lull you in and put you on to a guy called Mickey who is full of it. They make promises they do not deliver on and they cannot be contacted by phone or email.. Please avoid them at all costs, they have no morals and are bottom feeders. After posting this review, some two weeks later I was contacted by a guy called Peter. He said he was prepared to put right what had not been done and for which I had already paid.. He did do what I had originally signed up for and said he would give me an extra 3 months. I am pleased he delivered but sad that it took a bad review for the company to meet it's obligation and I wonder had I not reviewed the company would the outcome have been the same? But having said that Peter was very professional and apologetic on the companies behalf.

This company is not proffesional at all, they employs are incopetent... after good sales pich and empty promises i got stuck without website for 3 months now as they are not capable to use dedicated FTP servers to upload webiste onto my servers with during sales pitch it was said it shuldnt be problem. I agreed to use theirs servers with caused issued with my email (as they didnt allow enough capacity i didnt recived emails for few days and when i changed servers back to mine i lost some of the emails = upset customers and lost money) the response was quote "...did not wait for the MX records for the emails to transfer which would have given you all the email capacity you currently have, so this was of no fault of ours as you had changed them back" no prior woring this could happen and help with reciving lost data no apologies only this. If anything goes wrong with them they igonre you. I know they will write that if i would provide details of login and passoword for my hosting they would uploaded website but again they didnt provide reason why cant they use dedicated FTP access to do so. I got sold bing adverts where my new webdeveloper said its not worth to advertise there as this is not popular search engine in UK so no advice they just want to sell sell sell its corporation style business i would recomend to spend extra money and get proper service rather than deal with this cowboys who do websites in wordpress. Oh and they contact you by email only there is no even phone number direct to your Senior Account Manager they only contact you when it suits them. So all below bad comments true, half of good comments fake and other half people who are blissfull dont know any better.

I'm sorry to say that our experience using Search Engine Guru was not the best. After spending months looking for a company to help with our digital marketing and on initially chatting to them we were excited about working together. Unfortunately after over three months and several thousand pounds later we feel like we haven't really progressed and feel rather let down which made us come to the decision of ending the business relationship. It was somewhat frustrating that we had to chase for updates and didn't always receive responses. We would have spoken to the director to voice the concerns and try to move forward but unfortunately we've never heard from him again.

Absolutely shocking service !! They have taken my money and done a runner ! They have blocked my number so unable to call ! I have been emailing for weeks to which I get no reply ! This has been on going for about 6 months now, I was told a couple of weeks ! Don't even bother contacting or spending money ! If you spend money with then, then your a fool! If your management and have read the above then please contact me ! My solicitor will be in touch
