        Non existent communication, poor customer service, incorrect information given in reference to the delay in my order. I was offered free items as compensation for the massive delay, which never arrived, so the order was cancelled and a full refund requested. You would have thought that paying 200, upfront, for a lampshade, Gillian Arnold would have been jumping through hoops but sadly NO!

        Absolutely fabulous shop, really friendly, and the items in the shop were gorgeous. It was one of those shops that when you go in, there is so much to look at you just don't know where to start. Can't recommend this highly enough. We will definitely be back.
