        Having had a robotic full hip replacement 4 weeks ago here I would like to share how first class Woodlands Hospital is in every respect. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly reception staff who put you immediately at ease. You're shown to your own private room with everything explained, everything thoroughly checked, meeting doctors, nurses, auxiliary staff, anaesthetist, physio and consultant. After the procedure everything is checked again by all the departments, including an x-ray being done in your own bed! Meals are beautifully prepared and presented. All staff take the time to ensure you're comfortable and happy with everything, using just the right mixture of friendliness and competence. The after care is excellent with follow up phone calls, treatment room, physio and consultant appointments. Thank you to everyone at Woodlands!
