We bought our first home from Bussey and Armstrong in the summer of 2021, and the experience was nothing but positive. Suzanne was extremely helpful from day 1, and very patient with us as we went through the sale. We received the completion date very quickly after the sale was agreed, and the completion date was stuck to despite some difficulties with our COVID situation at the time. We are delighted with our home and are very happy we chose to purchase with Bussey and Armstrong. Service: Home building

We moved into Jeremiah Drive at the end of 2021 and feel very positive about the quality of our new house (build and fittings) and the service provided by Bussey and Armstrong. Very few minor problems since we moved in and all resolved quickly and professionally. All the staff we have met from the sales office and the tradesmen have been friendly, efficient and helpful and we would recommend B and A as a company you can trust to build quality housing that has character.. Purchased a house of Bussey and Armstrong a few years ago after looking at all the options in town, and in the last couple of years we have also had a few other family members purchase on the estate. Excellent quality, exceptional value for money, and the experience of purchasing couldnt have been made any easier. Aftersales care was also so much more easier than a national builder.
