        Appalling customer service. I had booked a hair cut for my child 10 days in advance, for a Saturday. I received a text 2 days before reminding me of the appointment. The day before I received a voicemail to say that they were cancelling the appointment as apparently they dont do childrens appointments on a Saturday. When I called to query this, I was told it was because the stylist was ill, then told it was because they dont do childrens hair cuts. No apology, just a flat your appointment is cancelled- at too short notice for me to find an alternative. Very unimpressed. Service: Kids' cuts
