I am very disappointed with my hair. I got a full head of highlights and walked out looking stripy with patches of brown all down my parting. This meant I had to get my hair fixed and has now caused permanent bleach damage, really regret taking a chance on this hairdressers. I did get my refund but doesnt make up for the fact my hair is so thin now. Service: Hair coloring
