        When you havent been to the gym for months due to illness and hectic times and the first time you return, your PT sits down with you and a coffee and talks through how you are, how they can help and plans a gentle and motivational return to exercise. Now THAT is the gym you want and Forge Fitness is the gym for you.

        Just re-joined having lived away for a couple of years. Great to see the gym going from strength to strength. Love the friendly atmosphere combined with great range of equipment. And its an opportunity to support a local business!
