I spent 6 years at this company plus almost 2 years on their agency. I really enjoyed my job and would have loved to have stay there much longer. The pay was reasonably good for the north of england and the breaks were good to. They paid a respectful sick pay also. One thing i really liked about working here was the level of health and saftey at work. It was outstanding in my opinion. There is pleanty of room for progression with in the firm aslong as you are show interest and have a decent work ethic. Majority of colleagues were great to work along side of and help was always on hand as and when required. All they really ask of you is that your on time and your performance is good. I was rewarded numerous times for my hard work. I would go back tomorrow given the opportunity to. Most of the managers show a good level of respect to the colleagues providing they get the same in return. I would recommend this job to anybody with a background in manufacturing. The staff in there have all been there long term, 10,20,30 years. This speaks for itself. Generally a good place to work
