Dev's Dental Practice

My appointment was for 11, was seen at 10:50, extracted the tooth after giving me options, talked and was nice to me he could see I was a little scared, just a shame I cant get back into them as a dentist full stop.

I have been today to Devs dental and came out a happy person, my treatment was not as painful as when I went in would like to say a big thank you to you and Sue , your Reception , Thank you all X

Realising that it was long overdue I contacted the practice to establish my check up appointment. To my surprise I was informed ( by the pleasant receptionist) that they don't routinely re-call that it is up to the client to make their appointment at the desk as they leave an appointment to book the next review. As a previous client I know that I have always been card trd to hand back but no one ever suggested i book my appointment. I know we have had covid so didnt hassle for an appointment but i find this "system" ridiculous and i shall NOT return. One very disgruntled client. Please come back Mr Lee n given

had a couple decent experiences until the dentist I was seeing left. had an appointment scheduled for oct 22, had to be re-scheduled for march 23 now been told I need to reschedule again. I can either see the same dentist in June 23 or a new starting dentist in April 23. Probably cancelled my NHS appointment so he can take a private patient.....think its time to look for another dentist

Brilliant practice and despite dealing with a huge amount of queries and backlogs, they remain kind, patient and professional. Very thorough examination and the most amazing dental nurse who kept my children (and me!) entertained with dental facts.
