We attended with our 13 year loss daughter who was nervous sherry being told she may need a brace. Chelsea and Colin were excellent, putting her at ease and explaining everything in a way she understood. Highly recommended

I had a tooth out two weeks ago. Every dentist and assistant was absolutely lovely and I spoke to a really helpful lady on reception last week. Then today came, I called to ask about my pain and huge lump on my face that Ive had for two weeks now and isnt going away (my face is my job, so Im starting to worry about when Ill be able to go back to work) The receptionist that answered could not have been more rude and disrespectful if she tried! I think she said her name was something with a P, she berated me before I could even ask the questions I wanted to ask, continuously interrupted me whilst I was telling her about my problem. She did not care at all, in fact she sounded downright sadistic and probably liked that I was in pain. The worst receptionist Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with, so now Im just living with a huge lump on my face, unable to work, because she wouldnt even hear me out. Ill never go back there or call there again because any interaction with that woman is just not worth it.
