Miserable man behind the counter does everything he can to stop you picking up any parcels you've had delivered there. Do not use for Evri if you can avoid it, absolutely useless.

Popped in to post an Evri parcel after work recently but was told this couldn't be done as it was after 8pm (which is very strange as every other shop in the area who take Evri parcels are happy to pick up their machine and scan a barcode even after 8pm, who'd have thought?!) I also had a parcel to collect at the same time (after 8pm, how rude of me) but even though I was stood right there in the shop I was told he couldn't reach behind him, grab it and hand it over, no, I had to exit the shop, go home then come back at 8am the next day... I have never heard anything more obsurd (and pure lazy) in all my life. Why bother signing up for Evri if you can't be arsed? I won't be using them or buying anything from here again. Pure sham.

After being closed for no reason and no sign in the middle of the day 2 days ago i have again tried to drop my parcel off. the shop have now refused to take the parcel as there isn't a pick up until Monday and it is too large for them to store it. then walked off out the back and refused to talk to me. i start work Monday so cannot schedule a collection for pick up from my home now or drop it off at their convenience around 12 monday when they might consider taking it, didn't realize a convenience store was their convenience not the customer. i will have to carry it very far to the yodal courier I usually use but this was too big to be convenient for me to do that so used everi. the new hermes. never again!.
