        Avoid this company if youd like your house built inside of 2 years !! They have had my 10% deposit for 1.5years and still not buIlt my house. These cowboys have no control over the workers on site and dont have a clue how to prioritise builds. They are now in breach of the contract we made and have let me and the family down. We will be definitely taking our deposit back.

        Been waiting over 7mouths for these lot to sort out our problems. They are quick to take your money but the service aftwards is diabolical. My advice is don't do it you'll be sorry.

        Worst value provided. We have approached gentoo to buy new property. We liked one of the the plot of our interest and asked for an appointment so the we can reserve it . We have not been provided with an appointment because of the reason that we don't have DIP ready at that time. The next working day, we have arrived the office with DIP asking for an appointment to reserve. The sales executive said, he will call us and book an appointment. We have clearly told him that we are interested to reserve the particular plot, so if anyone comes for the same, please do let us know first. One hour after, we got a call saying the plot we are interested in is booked. When i asked what about our interest? he said "well, they had DIP and appointment, so..". And he dint even apologise for it. we are very very disappointed . The sales executive seems biased and not at all giving importance to the buyers.
