        When my MacBookPro battery warning popped up, I hoped there'd be local expertise available to check it out and replace the battery. William at Aardvark was just what you need when you can't do the job yourself - knowledgable and professional and someone who instils confidence. He kept me informed about what the job entailed, how long it was likely to take, and the cost. He also identified a small issue with the charging lead and gave advice. The job was completed within the timescale quoted and for a reasonable price. I'll be using him again, and can certainly recommend contacting William if you need work doing.
