        The young man in the shop fixed my mobile phone which wasn't notifying me by sound of incoming WhatsApp and messages. I'm now not missing anything . After he fixed the problem I thought it hadn't worked then I realised I was the problem and had left my new headphones connected! Thankfully I understand the consequences now. Thank you very much for your expertise! Susan
