I find 247 a really professional company to work for. The interview process was very thorough which shows that they are looking for a high calibre of staff. The ladies that interviewed me were friendly and obviously very passionate about the service users they support. The training is very indepth and current. The support from management is amazing. I wish i had found this company sooner to work for.

I have worked here for the past 4 years, every job is at times frustrating and its easy to blame management. I have found that if you speak to management directly rather than gossiping they will do their utmost to sort your issues out in a way that works for you and those that are supported by the company. Life isnt always easy, and speaking from experience I have approached the management team when things have got too much and found that they listened and where practical changed things to make work/life balance that bit easier. The company ensures that the support is provided in a person centred way and that service users views are listened to and respected.

I can't fault 247 community support having worked for them for over 2 years I have never had a problem and always recieved support when needed. From interview to present date office staff/management/colleagues have been a pleasure, if only there were more companies around like 247 community support, they understand the work/family balance unlike other companies.

247 made a memorable day out possible, thanks to the office and especially to the two carers who made it a very special day, they are really dedicated to the job they do. Everybody made a massive effort on the day. Thank you.

I have 2 relatives in 247 Community Support care. I can not ask for better care. The staff as friendly and approachable and have made the transition as easy as possible both for my relatives and me. My relatives are part of their family and looked after as such. I did have initial concerns as to how they would react with new people around them but they have settled in brilliantly and are happy. thank you to all the staff and 247 for all you have done and continue to do for us.
