I just went to the Costa stand at Darlington Station and was helped by a bearded gent, who happened to be the store manager, Michael and he was wonderful. Dont let all the man with a beard reviews put you off.

Guy with beard is super rude every single time. Hes snappy and unreasonable about the simplest things, he makes me feel like Im bothering him just to ask for a cup of tea! After using this costa several times a week for the past few months, Ive become so uncomfortable with this guys attitude Im just going to use Pumpkin instead.
