        Rang and arranges for collection. The person in the shop took my mobile phone number in case they were not able to come round. I put bag out on the collection day at 7:30am but was still there at 3:30pm, so I rang and asked whether or not all collections had been made that day as mine had been missed. I was asked for a contact telephone number so could ring me back after finding out what has happened. Today (the day after) I rang them again and was told "there are no vans available until Friday and not able to collect until then". Well, thankyou very much for letting me know! !!!! I know now to give to another deserving charity shop that will welcome them, why advertise you are wanting stock and then not be bothered to collect or telephone to explain the delay. Definitely will not be shopping or donating with Scope again.
