The service from the staff in the service department is shocking. Told me I need to pay a payment for my service, yet Im in a service plan for a reason but my car is needing a service 2/3 months earlier. Yet my service light is on, therefore due a service. Nothing but hassle this last year with them. A full family have had Vauxhall cars from here for 8 years, now slowly using other dealers due to the sheer hassle and attitude from staff.
