Sons partner bought a fiesta recently, put a 200 deposit down and were totally misled by the salesman. Wouldn't do any deal with us as she'd put the deposit down. Asked about the Cam Belt and said it was ok it had been down, but don't have any proof going in next few days to local garage for a look, something that might cost a fair bit of money. How bad is that. Never been to a garage like it. Under the recent Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days in which to return goods and ask for full refund. I was very disgusted with the way he went on. Would think Sims Cars would have taught their salesman how to do a deal face to face.

Ordered a part. never sent, fobbed off countless times, and in the end they stopped replying. Still no part. Absolute charlatans. I wouldnt trust these at all.

Really happy with my new car purchased from Sims Suzuki. The staff were helpful in arranging test drives of different cars so I could make an informed decision. The car has gone beyond my expectations, is in excellent condition and was immaculately clean when I collected it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

After spending over two weeks looking for a new car and dealing with pushy stereotypical car salesman, coming here was an absolute breath of fresh air. All the staff were friendly and you can tell they all had your best intentions at heart, just wanting to give you the best service. I called ahead to book a test drive of a used vehicle, and as soon as I arrived the car was prepared and ready to go. I decided to proceed with the purchase and everything they said they would do before I collected the car was done. On collection there was a minor issue with one of the wiper blades, but this was rectified immediately. Every effort was made to make sure I was happy with the car I was buying, even though it wasn't a Suzuki, and the service I received really was excellent. When looking for my next car this dealership will be the first on my list to visit!! Thank you to Vincent and the rest of the team for making it such a positive experience.
