Extremely unprofessional customer service appalling.... AVOID... I put a 100 deposit to reserve a car online, I called the next day I asked lots of questions as I was about to spend a large amount of money on a car which I couldn't test drive or view, as it was a 5 hour drive away so I opted for home delivery. I found them to be rude and obnoxious and really not accommodating. I received a call the next morning, I was informed that the said car had a engine management light on and they couldn't sell it to me, which I really didn't believe I was told they wouldn't be able to sell it to me as it would have to be investigated. After the call I checked back on Auto Trader and THERE website to see if it was back up for sale which it was! I called back and was told the salesman I needed to talk to was unavailable. I asked my daughter to call and enquire about the car as I knew I was being LIED to and fobbed off! And YES it was still for sale. I have NO idea why this company didn't want to sell this vehicle to me..... and if they resolved the issue on the car a courtesy call back to me offering me the sale wasn't put in place. Bought I20 june21 reg EO20BYC went to trade it in at a proper garage last week to find out it had been a rite off and only to be offered half what it was worth Been advised to speak to trading standards
