We had our car for 2 months and probably only 100 miles til we started having issues. Didn't pay much for the car and was told "you get what you pay for" when we tried to get the issue sorted by the dealer. Owner totally didn't care and after several attempts to resolve, the owner told us to make all correspondence to his lawyers LegalSolutions4U, who were also shambolic often waiting months for return emails. After what is now 15 months since first complaint, no response to a ccj, we are left out of pocket. Please dont buy a car from this business.

Avoid this place like the plague! Bought a 7 seater off him, after 1 month of having car we started getting lights on dashboard, service light, check injection system, engine failure hazard. Put car in to have work done only for it not to have solved the problem, 5 months on still having all lights on work not done, and the language and attitude on Terry the owner is disgusting. Refusing to put car right, now taking it down the legal route now. Good news is he no longer has the business!!!

Having purchased a car from this company a little over a month ago, we can honestly say that up to now, we are very happy with not only our new (to us) vehicle but also the customer service we received. The car we purchased was at a cheaper price to similar ones we had considered but having test driven the car we noted there was only 3 months left on the MOT, therefore we asked if the dealer would be willing to put a full years MOT on it, expecting he would say that this was the reason it was so 'reasonably' priced, but as he agreed without hesitation, we paid for the car and said we would return to collect it the following weekend once it had the full MOT. However, after we collected the car it now appeared to have an intermittent problem when trying to start it which had not shown up when test driving it, we brought this to the attention of the dealer but as it was fine whenever the dealer started it we took it home in the hope it would resolve by itself, thinking it may be due to it not having been run properly for some time, but as it did not resolve by itself, we returned it to the dealer the next day at which point he assured us that he would do everything possible to resolve the problem and so we left the vehicle with him. After a few days the dealer rang to tell us that the starting issue with our vehicle had been resolved and we could collect it whenever was convenient to us which we did the following weekend We were extremely pleased that the problem had indeed been resolved, and when we requested the receipt for the repair to put with our records, we saw that this had cost the dealer almost half what we had paid for the vehicle. Since then we have had no further issues with the car so far and are very happy with all aspects of our experience with this company. Having recently had a very bad experience with another completely unconnected car dealership, it is refreshing and reassuring to deal with a company that offers such good customer service.

Avoid this place like the plague - we have a CCJ and High Court writ against them. Bailiffs on their way to remove vehicles.....
