Asked for 2 cups of hot water was charged 3.20 , if I was asking for hot water to warm a baby's bottle would I of been charged? I don't mind paying towards the cups but 3.20

I am trying to contact you for a complaint because 2.90 for a 50cl bottle of water is horrendous

Giving a 3 use to like this place not sure if changed but the manager from 6 months ago was so rude been going back in now I don't see her, good place for a drink

On Saturday 18th February 2023 my friend and I visited the Pumpkin cafe on the platform of Darlington railway station.... We were served by Sally Sally was the employee we all dream of having... She was efficient knowledgeable and very much in control but she was also absolutely lovely She was cheerful kind always smiling and couldn't do enough for us.... We had a lovely lunch and the entire experience was made extra special by Sally I Don't think she believed me when I said I would contact you to complement her..... Ps... my friend and I have many disabilities hidden from view and were having a rare trip out as we were both well enough to do so Sally and your team made our day and you should be proud of her I hope someone will pass on kind appreciation Thank you Gary Steel
