        Needed to be in Durham at 9 am Sat morning 22nd April. They've took first few buses off already. Before I left home I checked schedule. First one wasn't running so got first no 2 into the town which actually turned up . Got to the no 7 bus stop for the 7.45 no 7. Guess what? A no show so jumped on the no 8 to Ferryhill. Upon arrival a no 7 which was running well late was pulling out. Tried to stop it, but he didn't. Got next one to Durham. Arrived late to do what I needed to do. Thanks once again Arriva Darlington!!!!

        Been waiting over an hour for a bus from Yarm Road into town. Service is non existence on this route. Terrible, disgusting service. If I could give a minus star rating I would. One star is too high for a company that doesn't care at all.

        Trying to simply get Intouch with depot, left wallet on bus 2/7/22 (5 bus I think) impossible, terrible service, have to wait 10 days, I'm disabled...

        The number 2 bus to Redhall gets cancelled all the time without warning or shows up 40+ minutes late. My partner has had to pick me up from the bus stop every day for the last two weeks because of how unreliable this service is. This is the only bus that goes down Yarm road so there are no more reliable options. Very frustrating.
