        We have been using the team at 186 Property Solutions successfully for a number of years now. Initially we engaged their services for the fit out of our new Warrington premises. Jonny and the team surpassed expectations in ensuring the job ran smoothly from inception to completion. They were always at hand to assist us throughout the whole project. We have since engaged the company on further refit and alteration work at our Warrington premises and will continue to partner their services into the future. Personally, I would be more than happy to recommend these guys on the back of the quality and workmanship they have demonstrated for us.         186 Property Services delivered a comprehensive and professional service to us during a recent large scale office refurbishment. Despite a few special requests thrown in (sometimes at short notice) 186 came in on time and within budget and found solutions to some of the problems encountered without fuss. The workmen and the 186 Management team were a pleasure to work with throughout. Would highly recommend their services for any project regardless of scale
