Bought a mattress on Wednesday 29th January 20 guy seemed very helpful for 170 plus 20 for removel of old mattress he delivered it at 12.30! By Thursday morning there is a large indent where I have be sat after 9 hrs of reciept of the mattress. We turned the mattress to see if the indent would pop up but it hasn't. I messaged him Thursday evening and sent photos no reply. I've messaged him again Friday morning still no reply at 1pm. I explained my disability to him and I had gone with what he recommended but never thought I'd have this issue in such a short space of time. He was very friendly so this I'm amazed at that I've had no reply, also when in contact with him before he replied always very quickly.
