Blu Room Architecture

I found Blu Room Architecture through a web search of local companies and I contacted several architects. I was really impressed by Blu Room Architecture's portfolio of work and positive reviews. I felt confident that Ian was the right architect for our extension and renovation project. Ian supplied a number of alternative drawings, once we had decided on the overall plan and layout. Ian was very accommodating to provide updates based on our requests and feedback on his thoughts and advice. He provided a great design, detailed drawings, obtained planning permission, and several quotes from builders. Throughout the build Ian has provided excellent advice. I have found Ian to be very professional, pleasant, capable, and responsive, I would highly recommend Blu Room Architecture.

Ian designed our kitchen extension and we returned to him for our loft conversion as we were extremely happy with his work. He listened to our ideas and needs and brought his own creativity. He supportively challenged our ideas, based on his vast experience, when he needed to ensure the finished work was the best it could be. He is really approachable, friendly and reliable.

We engaged Ian at Blu Room to develop some drawings for a two story extension to our home. He listened to how we wanted to use the space and provided three great options for us to choose from. Ian also managed the planning submission, and supported us with the tendering process to contractors he regularly works with. Throughout the whole process, Ian was professional, responsive and transparent about the costs. We have already recommended Blu Room to friends and continue to recommend their services. We're still decorating and finishing off the project, but I've dropped a photo of the new space we're all enjoying.
